BLPS-60 Deep-Access Open-Gap Deep-Throat Power Press is designed for high-load stamping of large-format sheet metal where extended reach is required. It delivers a nominal force of 600 kN and provides a 500–1200 mm throat depth, enabling efficient processing of wide panels and complex structural components commonly used in automotive, cabinet, and appliance manufacturing. The machine is built on a reinforced, heat-treated, welded steel frame optimized for high rigidity and minimal elastic deformation under load. It is equipped with a 5.5 kW high-torque main motor and a 900 × 520 mm worktable to support heavy-duty dies and continuous operation. A dry clutch-brake system with high response sensitivity, combined with a hydraulic overload protection device, ensures precise control, operational stability, and enhanced safety in high-intensity production environments.
