This machine tool mainly uses the grinding wheel to grind various materials such as steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. Depending on the material and shape of the workpiece, different clamping and positioning methods can be used. Generally flat surfaces can be ground using electromagnetic chucks or directly fastened to the workbench; flat surfaces, right-angled surfaces, arbitrary angles, cylindrical end surfaces, etc. can be ground on fixtures (custom-made fixtures).

The spindle grinding head body is fixed on the column and moves up and down (Z direction), the sliding seat moves forward and backward (Y direction) along the main machine, and the workbench moves left and right (X direction) on the sliding seat.

The main machine of the machine is made of high-grade cast iron (Suzhou Shatka), and uses three-dimensional computer software to assist in optimized design. It is combined with internal stiffeners and reinforced with thick stiffeners to improve toughness and prevent deformation.

The X-axis uses an external independent hydraulic station, which uses a hydraulic cylinder to push the worktable back and forth on the main base to achieve smooth and smooth X-axis movement. To reduce the impact of temperature rise on the deformation of the main machine, the slow overflow can make the worktable move at the slowest 2m/min, which is better for grinding hard and brittle materials.

The Y-axis uses an AC motor connected to the ball screw through a belt. The frequency converter drives the sliding seat to move forward and backward on the host. It operates more precisely and stably than the front and rear controllers in the industry. It is more convenient to dress the grinding wheel, and the noise and vibration are very small.
